- NOTE

• One full registration is required for each accepted paper by the camera ready deadline. When registering for a paper, please make sure you enter the paper ID in the personal information page.
• Extra banquet ticket: USD 100.
• Cancellation fee: USD 50 (No cancellation will be allowed after July 15, 2014). Substitution is welcome.
• The registration fees cover: continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks during conference days (June 25 to 27); a copy of the conference proceedings; and attendance at the banquet on Thursday evening.
